3/23/2013 I became a member of FatSecret. Today and Sunday, I'll be eating 500 calories/day and eat normally Monday-Friday. I've tried a similar way of eating off and on during the years and finds that this really helps to speed up the weight loss process. The key is not to extend the calorie restriction more that a couple of days, so your body won't begin to hold on to the calories, because it thinks you are starving.
