I am new to the fat secret site/app so any input or feedback as to a good way to begin would be a great help! I hope to be able to successfully maintain a healthy diet/exercise program using this app and can not wait to see results!

Day one was an eye opener! I realized how many calories I was consuming and how it really wasn't going to benefit me to continue the way I am. Today is already an improvement because my breakfast is half the calories. I have also realized that coffee should be a treat rather than a regular occurance. One a day is now my limit!
