For the longest time (even though I know better) it has always been about the number on the scale or I would join a challenge to lose weight. After starting Insanity 7 weeks ago I FINALLY understand it isn't about the number. I will no longer join challenges that has the goal to lose weight. My new goal is to go from skinny fat to skinny fit. Since starting Insanity I have only seen about a 3 pound weight loss. However I have seen numerous inches fall off my body. After every workout my husband remarks about the difference he sees in my legs. He says they literally change every day. I have found an eating plan that works for me. I am not cutting anything out. I am not deprived of anything. I have found a new lifestyle. This is a program and plan that I can live every day. No guilt.

You have a great attitude! I always say I would rather weigh 150 and be a size 4 than weigh 140 and be a size 8. Exercise and healthy eating go hand in hand. Losing weight just makes you a smaller version of what you are now. Exercise helps us lose fat/inches and firm up. Great job!

That's awesome! Keep up the good work! I've always heard there's a reason for its name- Insanity! I haven't had the guts to try it yet!
