13 pounds down. Every pound fuels my motivation for the next one. After about 10 pounds I have stopped wanting to cheat so much because I know that will just hinder my progress. I have stopped thinking about all the foods I can't eat and started making sure I carry healthy options with me at all times so I have no excuse to eat crappy. I more willed and determined than ever.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh gosh-me too! 13 pounds as of this morning! I agree, it gets a lot easier at about 10 pounds, because you can SEE that it's working and cheating becomes a lot less appealing when you see progress. Are your clothes getting loose too?
