Sometimes I hop on the scale believing I have lost and am disappointed. Sometimes I hop on and cannot believe what I'm looking at.

Todays weigh in of 188.6 is insane. First of all it's a 3 pound drop since yesterday and it takes me under the crazy goal of 190 I set for myself 8 weeks ago.

I still have 4 days left before my Biggest Loser contest ends. Since I started at 237 I guess my new goal is to get to 187 for an even 50 pound drop.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
