Body Fat % = 28.9
Body Water = 51.9
Bone Density = 5.5
BMI = 25
141.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I use a weight watchers digital scale. For me I am very visual person. I use to get demotivated if the scale wasn't moving, looking like I hit this plateau, but what really was happening is that I was loosing FAT, and gaining muscle. This equaled a zero effect on the weight loss, but wasn't actually accurate. So I got a scale that displays all of the readings, this way if the weight doesn't move but I see a loss in Body Fat lbs & percentage they I remain positive... Lol For me it was worth the investment. You can get one at Target or Walmart between $30 and $40. There are a lot of them out there, but this one was by far the best for the price.
