Ok, maybe TMI, but I haven't been going to the bathroom as much since I started my diet. I thought that I would go more with all the salads I'm eating. I had to leave the gym early yesterday because my stomach hurt so bad. I guess I'll take a closer look at my fiber intake and try to figure this out. I'm not sure exactly how much I'm supposed to be getting and what the best foods are to get it from. How am I supposed to lose weight if I'm not getting rid of anything? #feelinlikeastuffedturkey :(

They recommend 35g of fiber. What are you putting in your salad? Are you using iceburg lettuce or what? When I make a salad I use romaine and baby spinach. Spinach has a better nutritional value than plan iceburg lettuce.

I'm using romaine, but that's probably the only fiber I'm getting per day. I'll add spinach. Good suggestion.

Oatmeal and whole wheat breads and pasta's are good options. Also fruits but I only eat 2 fruit servings a day. I like to buy Nature's Own Double Fiber bread. It's 50 calories a slice and about 5g of fiber. So with a sandwich that's 100 calories and 10g of fiber right there!
