woke up sore and tired but hitting the gym this afternoon nonetheless. Taking my mom with me, tryign to motivate the whole family:) Cant wait to get to 73, then in the sixties!!:)its all happening! slow...but happening
167.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
