well i managed to maintain my carbs last night this starting over thing is odd to say the least! but i did not binge thanks to you guys on here last night had tuna salad and celery instead very late to be eating but it got me through 24 hours with out blowing my carbs will settle for that for now. going to try focusing on my thought process this week and question every thing and why i am thinking the way i do. its time to let go of a lot of stuff not just my fat! glowy reminded me of that! and i am sure if i think before i think i can start to see what needs to be worked on...

I know that you can succeed at this, RH. You are doing awesome!! If nothing else take another pic of yourself in that swim suit and compare to the first one. It is a real motivator, let me tell ya!!

Good for you. Stick with it. I know you can do this. Just think "If I can make it through a few more days it will get easier" And it does!!! I too cheated Friday and had chips & salsa, ice cream, & chicken fried steak. It was good and since I only do it every once in awhile I can deal with the no weight loss that week. As long as we get back at it there shouldnt be any permanent damage. :)
