I haven't been online, computer was down. But lost 7.4 pounds in one week doing my own version of the cabbage soup diet. My own way meaning I make the soup but I do add more veggies and I eat one to two times a day along with fish, veggies and fruit. It's worked for me. My friend did the cabbage soup diet along with me but she stuck 100% to the actual diet. I lost 7.4, she lost 5 lbs.
