I just don't know! Have one of these doubtful days. What is all this for? I stuck to WOE since the beginning of the month with only a very few exemptions (actually last WE at the party) and there is no progress in sight. Added exercise two weeks ago and nothing is happening. The clothes don't feel any different either. As a result I am just weak today, can barely lift my feet. No, not because of pain though my Achilles tendon on the left foot hurts some. Guess I overdid it this week but adding it up it does not look like much.
Started off last week with running/walking for 30 min on Monday and Friday. Then dancing, okay, that was like about 1 1/2hr of aerobic. This week,so far, running/walking for 30 min on Monday and Thursday, Belly, Butt& Thighs on Tuesday (~45 min), dancing again on Wednesday, 1 1/2 hrs, that was it. It is just 3 1/4 hr for the week. Not much! But then, I have been sitting on my behind all winter long, am overweight and not a teenager anymore. How do others deal with it?
My doubts - what if we destroyed the ability to lose weight with this WOE by straying? What if this is not the right thing either? Answer to that is pretty easy - there is nothing left :-( What else can I do to speed up metabolism and make it work? Am I too impatient?
Can someone help me out of this "valley of fear"?

No help but lots of sympathy. There is nothing worse than not seeing results for all your hard work. Maybe you could go back, check your food diary, and see what was working for you in that time period between January 19 and February 2nd. And please, please try to have a nice weekend.

Thanks Buffy - I am having a nice weekend. Went to an EMS conference today and did not fall asleep during the presentations. What a good feeling. Now at home, not sure what to do. Need to do some housework, desperately. Would like to hit the treadmill but seem to have caught on a slight Achilles tendonitis. Maybe I should give my body another day of rest since I definitely put some stress on it during the week. Or. ha! I can do some belly, butt & thigh exercise :-)))) As oyu can tell, I am in good spirits. Hope it stays that way!

I'd go for the belly, butt & thigh exercises - best to get them out of the way while you are feeling good!
