What are you changing to? I experienced a nice early weight loss but have stalled over the past few weeks. I know I need to get to the gym which I let fall to the wayside over the winter. I also know I could lose more if I gave up my wine. I recently moved and just got back from a weekend trip and my weight is up 3 lb even though I stuck fairly close to plan.
