Okay. So I pretty much quit weighing myself. The number game is just off for me. If I lose weight, great if not fine. I'm working on my muscle tone more so I know I'm losing fat weight. It just kept fluctuating and getting me down. I'm become to obsessed with the numbers which for me is dumb, because my body naturally holds more muscle weight. So I'm gonna go with that.

Sometimes the numbers don't look right, especially when you're putting on muscle and toning up. Really the only thing that matters is if you're happy with how you look. Keep it up!

Yep I'm figuring it out. I am actually fine with how I look, and that's even more so why focusing on the numbers shouldn't be important. I know I'm heading in the right direction and that's what matters. :) it's always a tough road at first when you're trying to figure it out.
