Well here it is the weekend again. Been talking to myself all day gearing up to not destroy the work I have done all week. Why do I let the weekends get the best of me? It is like the devil and the angel on my shoulders!

I have an idea for you Dee Dee. How about allowing yourself an extra 200 calories per day on the weekend? Loosen the psychological belt a bit and see how it goes. Maybe by giving yourself permission upfront to indulge a little, you can avoid a bigger out-of-control chips ahoy marathon. Just a thought... Oh, and thanks for the words of appreciation today. I couldn't do this without you and the other ladies in our group. You all do so much for me, I feel indebted to all of you!

Great minds think alike Barbara, bc that is exactly what my plan was for the weekend. Not obsess about the 1400 and give myself a little leeway. Bc what happens is when I blow then I decide what the heck might as well blow it good. Not letting myself do that. Bc then I feel really yucky come Monday. So appreciate you! And all the others!
