Okay, so I know I said I was only going to weigh-in on Mondays, but I couldn't resist the temptation...Not bad at all, especially since I'm building muscle at the same time.

185.4 lb
Lost so far: 30.6 lb.
Still to go: 15.4 lb.
Diet followed 100%.
