help im having a bad month dont know why??? i just crave food all the time junk food.. ive even went to the point opf ditching a lot of junk in the house b ut i still want to eat anything...

does anyone know how i can slow this craving down or stop it .... let me know thanks maggie 64

I don't advise just getting rid of all the junk, it doesn't always make the cravings stop. I find when I get like that I make myself a well planned snack. I allow myself an extra 200 calories and eat as much of what I'm craving as I can with that allotment. Usually after say 15 potato chips I have satisfied that craving. It doesn't work for everyone but its what I have been getting by with. Good Luck.

Maggie, I wish I had a solution. I too am going through some of the same thing. I'm not completely out of control but I will buy pears, cottage cheese for an example, and it sits in my fridge until it spoils. My intentions are good but my cravings for other "stuff" wins out. If it make you feel not so alone in this battle, you are among thousands fighting the same thing. My husband says we all have to get between our ears straight. It doesn't seem fair. He eats to live and nots lives to eat so he says and doesn't like sweets. That is the cue.One day they will sure this thing that sends our cravings out of control. I care abiout you and what you are going throuhg but I don't have the answer. Don't quit or ever give up trying.Hang in there.Mammy (Joan)
