I feel I'm doing OK. Uni work has gone by the by really- done 20 at a push and was going to spend the day at the library today but I've decided to stay at home, do cleaning, tidying and admin jobs. Next week I'm gonna have a 5 day run at my work. As for exercise, I've done 3 bike rides and been to the gym once, I might go today but we'll have to see... And I'm 2lb down on the beginning of the week so that's going OK too.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
