Eve Davidson's Journal, 22 March 2013

First day at 21 lb for birthday. I do not have to lose as much weight but it is great to have drivers keeping me on track - I have still to lose 3 kgs by end of April. Today's weigh in is not as low as before, but considering I was not fasting yesterday but still tried to keep my calories low not bad. Must do more exercise to meet it half way.
136.9 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
