the way i feel (honestly): i am not overweight. sometimes i dont like how my thighs are a little flabby, i need to stop eating the things i dont believe in, and start getting more exercise.

my goals: i want to feel good riding my bike and know i can get where i need to be. i want to be strong: have a strong body and a strong mind.

i want to eat local, whole, foods. i want to know where my food is coming from and know that it doesn't have creepy bi-products or petro-chemicals or renderings, or WHATEVER in it. i want to support my community, so my community can support me.

i also want to quit drinking. maybe have a beer now and again, but i dont want drinking to be a social crutch anymore. i want friends who will support me, and support my decisions.
