Am doing well but would like to have had a few less calories each day. Oh well, the weekend is coming up so that will be a big challenge, I am going to try really hard to carry on with a negative net calorie amount each day (I usually binge a lot over the weekend) !!

at least you are aware of your 'bad' habits. Its a start & you can work on that. Hope you have a good one :)

if you stay aware of the habit of binging, you can easier avoid it. Try to occupy yourself with non-food related activities. That might help. Also, a simple thing like asking yourself if you'd rather "eat this" or "lose weight" might do the trick. :) Enjoy the weekend!

Thank you, I am determined not to undo all of my hard work, so I'm sure I will be fine. Thanks for the encouragement it is helping me a lot :-)
