I am hovering around the 110 mark...which is fine, considering I started this Atkins WOE in April, and lost 25 pounds. I really am at my goal weight, however I would like to drop another 4 or 5 pounds....just to take the pressure off of me if I should indulge in something not on my program. Perhaps this is not the correct way to think, but it's the way I think...and if I don't go down any further, I will know that this is my bodies way of telling me that I am just where I should be.
