Had a week off there, not necessarily a planned on either. So my goal is for 100% two weeks in a row. I notice that when I have tried for 100% for a week, I notice the weight, but then for some reason after the end I lose motivation. So this time going in. The goal is two weeks. Then it will be the first week of April, and I have a secondary goal of no more that 1500 calories on average for the whole month of April. I think if I can stick with these two goals that I can break 140. So, first things first. Next two weeks at 100%. Already did it yesterday, so I'm on day two now, and so far so good.
