It's so much easier to plan out your food when you don't have others to consider...so when I'm away at work, the diet is more strict & fully planned. When I'm at home, I have to plan out the meals for everyone and the day can quickly get away from me...can be frustrating! I had better get it figured out, since I will be continuing this diet for the rest of my life. I guess one answer is to continue my diet & just have a different plan for everyone else, but that's cooking two dinners everyday...not a huge deal breaker, but a pain in the butt!

I really have to end my relationship with food (other than the obvious nutrition value). I have always had food as the fall back plan...bored, eat...upset, eat...mad, eat...happy/celebration, eat lots of bad food!! Now I need to replace these things with exercise or household tasks (I'm a big procrastinator...why do now what you can put off until later?) otherwise I will slowly head back to where I started.

The weather is not cooperating here right now, winter is trying to come back...expecting 10-15cm of snow (4-6") today and it's windy...so visibility is low and therefor I'm not going anywhere today, of course I had plans that just got pushed back. New motorcycle shopping...but that didn't go over well with wifey, although it's only because she isn't working right now due to health issues (pinched nerve in her back is keeping her from working...medication makes driving illegal some days). So she's nervous about our money situation, even though my income has recently been increased significantly...but to make the extra money, I had to spend a bunch on tools and stuff...so she hasn't seen the increase yet, since she is having to pay down the VISA bill from my purchases...it will come, and so will the new bike! (well, new to me anyway ;-) )

I'm rambling now, so time to sign off. Hope everyone is having a good week and mine will get better once I come up with the food plans.

Later.

I have a lot of the same feelings Madjak, and my kids and wife expect the same things. They dont like when I cook chicken and veggies only, and are always suggesting good "old foods". I try to meet somewhere in the middle with cooking out, and maybe rice for them. I tend to also eat some of their foods.
