I'm really surprised I lost ANY weight after yesterday's binging. I am relieved. Today will be hard though. Not sure if I can do two full workouts. I'm dreading even doing one. Didn't fall asleep until 3 a.m. Needless to say, my energy is non-existent, and I'm thinking of food. Just finished my shake, but not sure that's going to be enough with my lack of sleep bothering me. I tried to add some caffeine in, but it's already running low.

I suck! I did not do a morning workout. I was out of breath before starting the cardio part of the FIRST round! Instead, I did something worse and ate. :( Double whammy! I just feel so tired and weak. Probably from not sleeping enough....but I should have pushed myself harder. I should have, AT LEAST, tried to make it to the second round of workouts; instead of not even doing the first. :( I'm so disappointed in myself....

Breakfast: Choco-Peanut-Butter-Coffee Visalus Shake
Lunch: Sinigang na Baboy
Dinner: Subway 6-in. Steak and Cheese on Wheat with American Cheese, Lettuce, Olives, Jalapenos, a little bit of Light Mayo, Oil & Balsamic Vinegar, and Salt & Pepper. + (1) Parmesan & Garlic Wing from Pizza Hut. Totally screwed up today!!!
Snack: Pralines'n'Cream Ice Cream in a Waffle Cone

Treadmill (Burned 360 calories & 112 fat cals) for 39min.30sec......was trying to do it for 43 minutes, but my treadmill surprised me again when it stopped all of a sudden! I hate when that happens! Especially today...since I already screwed up my workout routine and food intake. :( If I see a change tomorrow, it'll be a negative one. Not looking forward to it. :(
131.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I find when I am tired I end up eating jumk food and skipping working out all together. Hang in there!
