Really hard for me to stick with it. But I am doing it! Losing the weight!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's easier to stick to then I thought it would be. The hardest part for me is no alcohol. LOL

I know it is nice to have a drink or a glass of wine with a meal. Someday...when this is all gone I will do that again once a week or once in awhile. lol!
