Pizza & Beer, late night snacks (healthy, but not in huge amounts). 2 simultaneous classes for the fire dept. in the past 2 weeks just mucked me up large.
I'm back on the wagon though. Will be curbing high fat stuff with more lean meats and fruits and veggies. Cutting waaaaay back on the snacking, and focusing on much smaller portions overall. Kicking up the exercise regimen into high gear. Not a huge jogger, but will mix some of that in just to kick up the heart rate and aerobic benefit. Your help and encouragement is always appreciated.
