I'm pretty proud of yesterday, except that last hour of the day sitting down for a glass f wine ...out come the Ritz crackers I had about 15 of them..could have lost an extra pound if not for that
163.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
