Great day for eating and exercise yesterday but the scale remained about the same. No big deal since I tend to lose in a stair step manner. If I get under 192 by Sat morning I'll be very happy with that.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
