start a new diet - calorie count.

we cant see the reduction on numbers on scale in a week, but still, its good in a long term.

i gained weight today but it dont bother me and reduce my motivation cause the weight gain maybe cause by exercising activity..

















130.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
