no wheat for me's Journal, 20 March 2013

Well now I've got to celebrate lost 3 lbs but I know It Is probable mostly water weight that is always the first to go,but I'll celebrate any way. Found that I'm not eating enough calories. You would think that would be a good thing but I know it will slow down my metabolism, so today I'm going to eat more,(never thought I'd say that)Add a little more meat, have been eating mostly eggs and veggies and a few fruits. I'm going to have salsa for my snack tonight. Love the peach/mango fresh salsa my daughter introduced to me. Not to high in calories. The hardest thing to do is not eat to much.

312.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 162.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
