Time For a Change Mom's Journal, 20 March 2013

Feels good that I resisted the temptation to have DQ ice cream cake at a work function. It wasn't that hard bc I kept busy taking pictures and such. And two people actually commented to me about noticing I had lost weight. That felt good. One day at a time. Struggling with getting my water down today, unusual for me.

I know what you mean. We had an DQ ice cream cake last Friday for my mom's birthday. I was the one that even bought the cake. Didn't buy anything for myself @ DQ when I bought the cake, & didn't have any cake when it was cut. It DOES feel good to not have any.

Way to go - that is awesome!!! One day at a time - you are right! If water doesn't sound good maybe try lemon or cucumber in it.
