Dear scale,

Please be nice in the morning. I'm really concentrating on food choices and have even exercised twice this week. I feel good. Clothes are fitting nicely. I still can't wear some of the things I want to in my closet, so I know there is a lot more work to be done. Please give me some good info in the AM!
