I weighed in at 141 lbs after a week long trip in North Carolina! Exercisis a must and starting today, changing one thin at a time. goal is 15min/day cardio or walking no excuses! and log all food and drink on FS.
138.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
