Down 3 lbs on since starting this new plan on Monday. Not sure why my app on my phone is not syncing to this challenge. I am back to where I originally started 4 weeks ago since I put on 3 lbs during that time.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
