131.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1700 kcal Fat: 46.28g | Prot: 82.48g | Carb: 188.09g.   Breakfast: Special K Cereal Bars - Blueberry, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer. Lunch: kirkland wheat bread, baked cheetos, strawberry jelly, peanut butter. Dinner: chicken breast, carrots, baked potato, butternut squash, zucchini, kirkland bacon. Snacks/Other: loose granola, kirkland crunchy snack mix, dannon light and fit raspberry, corona lights. more...
