1700 kcal Fat: 46.28g | Prot: 82.48g | Carb: 188.09g.   Breakfast: Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Special K Cereal Bars - Blueberry. Lunch: strawberry jelly, peanut butter, kirkland wheat bread, baked cheetos. Dinner: zucchini, butternut squash, chicken breast, baked potato, carrots, kirkland bacon. Snacks/Other: loose granola, dannon light and fit raspberry, kirkland crunchy snack mix, corona lights. more...
