What a tough start to the week one of my daughters best friends moms died early Monday morning. She was only 53. It could have been prevented. I feel so sad for them. The good thing is I would normally eat more to comfort myself (bake up a bunch of cookies and eat the dough) but not this time I made a couple healthy meals and sent over to the family. No bites or nibbles. I don't need food to feel better.
