I have failed miserably at keeping up with diet and exercise. IN fact, I have put on weight, my clothes are snug and my knees hurt like crazy! It's time to get back into this thing! MOTIVATION!!! I NEED IT! I must keep up with this - for my health!! For me! Let's do this!
