Up a little bit, but not for lack of effort on the diet. Maybe it was all the steamed broccoli I ate for dinner last night. :) Thinking more about my overall diet now that I can see exactly what I've been eating for the past week or so. Need to get off the sunflower seed thing in the mornings at work...can you say FAT content??? They really helped me when I was quitting smoking, but now I think I need to quit them too LOL Could probably trade for a 200 cal protein bar or something of the sort. Needs to be portable and office friendly. I'd love to hear any ideas!

Protein bars are good, keeps you full. You could also do a protein shake, especially if you're working out. They say weight training is good for women, especially if you want to tone up. One of the best things to do is just portion control.
I'm as guilty as everyone else at messing up, so those are just tips I don't follow very well. :)

I used to take a pot of nuts with me aswell. Ditched them too :). Today I had a punnet of blueberries. Its 2pm now and I am still full. Sometimes I just take some cold meat slices with cucumber or celery. Don't worry, people will soon get used to your 'weird' eating habits ;)

I like variety so I don't get bored with the same thing every day. I buy the 100 calories pack of nuts so they are premeasured. I'll eat those with either a cheese slice or some fresh fruit. Maybe a cup of yogurt on some days with fresh fruit mixed in. Maybe an English muffin topped natural peanut butter. I love oatmeal with fresh banana and pecans too - tastes so much better than the flavored banana nut stuff you can buy. Just some ideas for you!
