Blood sugar at 90 this morning. I am taking 250 mcg of Chromium Picolinate in morning after testing and take 300 mg cinnamon at bedtime. I also sprinkle cinnamon on yogurt during the day.
158.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Out of curiousity...how will you determine if it's the cinnamon helping your BG or the low carb/Atkins way of eating...or both?
