Dear Body,
I'm getting really tired of seeing 230 on the scale. Can we move things along here and get to 229? 229.8 would even work, I'm not that greedy. Imagine how much better you'll feel when you lose some more weight. Imagine the motivation you'll give me to keep feeding you healthily. Admit it, you want this as much as I do. We are a team, so let's work together and get past this small bump in the road. You help me out I help you out, yeah?
