2242 kcal Fat: 137.70g | Prot: 97.21g | Carb: 90.51g.   Breakfast: hard boiled egg, coffee, Atkins Mocha, Granny Smith Apples, Cholesterol Free Canola Mayonnaise. Lunch: hard boiled egg, black olives, fresh mozzarella, salad greens, Simply Dressed Ranch, Atkins Beef Merlot. Dinner: White zin, Butter, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Chicken breast. Snacks/Other: Shrimp, Avacado, Almonds, Flavored coffee, Raw mixed nuts, Organic Half and half, baking cocoa, Dark chocolate 70%, whipped cream, almond coconut milk. more...
