Ok...weight is creeping up again. I'm getting sloppy with carbs and allowing things to creep back into my daily diet. I do best when I'm tracing food. Here we go. It's spring, and I should be in a good place with this.
210.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
