after 2 intense workouts and closer control of eating habits I've finally reached my goal. Now all I have to do is maintain this weight. Thanks Fat Secret, couldn't have done it without you or the suuport of my son.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
