after 2 intense workouts and closer control of eating habits I've finally reached my goal. Now all I have to do is maintain this weight. Thanks Fat Secret, couldn't have done it without you or the suuport of my son.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1661 kcal Fat: 40.27g | Prot: 88.74g | Carb: 215.51g.   Breakfast: Muesli Croustillant Sirop d'érable & Noix de Pecan, Dried Cherries, Cranberry Juice, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Reduced Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Apples, Oranges, tomatoes, spinach quiche, pear juice. Dinner: Cabbage, Dried Cherries, Regular Beer, White Rice, Soy Sauce, Chicken Breast. more...
