Weird! I wrote and saved this earlier but it's not here!

Anyway, down another 200 gr and feeling light and energised.

There's definitely a brain effect too - when I feel "thin" and light I also feel sharper and more focussed.

Later edit - now both my journal entries for today are showing up! Curious :S
