Oh my god I could cry!!! I went WAY over my points today by not calculating before eating and making impulse choices. I was running around and stressed out all day plus I'm hormonal (ladies you get me)... like a perfect storm! I need to go to the grocery store, stock up on my favs (apples, grapes and low point foods).

I totally understand how you feel! I was like that last week, and I felt on a couple of days that I just couldn't stop eating, nothing I ate satisfied me! But all you can do is accept that its happened and don't let it spoil the next day for you! I know easier said than done, you recognise what you've done and will be prepared for the next time. You are doing well and will be back on track again! Take care Jan X

If your on WW, you have the extra 40 points to cover you. Just get back to your daily points and keep going. You may be surprised with a nice loss. Sometimes those high days kick up our metabolism. We all those days. Stick with it and you will be fine.

Ladies: Thank you! I spent all last night berating myself but you're right, I DO have the extra points that I rarely ever use and frankly, it's over and I can't change it anyway. I've made MUCH better choices today and did get to the grocery store and stocked up on all my healthy yummy favs. I have WW apple cinnamon oatmeal in the crock pot cooking, grilled chicken done for pitas/salads/etc and loads of other stuff made up so I can focus on moving forward in a positive way instead of harping on the negative. I'm feeling really good and I know I will be ok! Seriously though, thank you.
