I didn't count the exact nutrition info for my chef salad but I am exhausted :-( I guesstimated and still have calories left over, so I am going to say I am within my limit.

some times it is hard to figure stuff like salads and things that have alot of things mixed together. as you keep counting you start to get good at guessing. i always try and guess over. and i know that you can not carry calories over but the way i see it is, some days i am a little under and some days i am a little over, no big deal.

This has been my most difficult thing to figure out, so what I started doing is just doing everything separate and use the barcode scanner. Sometimes I can find what I am looking for like tuna salad. I thought I would give up on my first experience with macaroni and cheese!
