Okay well things are moving along a little better...weight is going back down and hopefully things are back on track.

Did some push up work with DD yesterday. Need to try to get in some work out today. I foresee that my work outs will increase a LOT when she is gone...I will need something to combat the depression that my temporarily try to settle in...blah.
