so far so good, had a very good lunch, but haven't planned my dinner yet. hope to do some exercise this evening. i really have to start on pushing myself more. especially with faster pace...

Laura, not every day. Nothing will happen if you exercise that way every day. If you could do just some warm up today and do some strength training, that would be way better. Treadmill then tomorrow again. Don't push yourself too hard, it might backfire.

i don't even have the time to do that much every day, and don't want to. Just do a little bit...just waked a bit and did some streching
