First Fast day on the Fast Diet. Gnawing hunger pains for most of the day! But am trying to 'fool' my stomach by drinking loads of water. Haven't done any proper exercise as they say it makes you hungrier.

Good luck. I would suggest that there are better soups that would allow you to eat physically more food that would keep you more full (particularly home made). Also if you can find shirataki noodles with a plain tomato sauce is a filling meal with very few calories. Also celery and dips work well as snacks. Salsa and home made tatziki.

Veggie chilli and Cauliflower 'rice' is another physicslly bulky low calorie meal
