made my PT session and worked hard at it even though I was still a bit low from the last of the chemo fx. So, about 2.5 days after last dose, I am on the mend. Temodar chemo has such short halflife that it should be safe to startup supplements, especially those that can promote digestive tract endothelial cell growth

Gut flora must get wacko from the dig tract endo cell shedding too, so some fermented dairy and veggies might help. Prolly good to be eating during chemo too. can't hurt.

just want to make notes so i can tame this chemo game.

Awww you're a poet and didn't know it :-) I have sauerkraut daily - research and personal experience yield the fermented food is a good probiotic.

Hi Cerobit I was just reading your posts. I am amazed at the research you've done and how well you are doing. Thanks for posting, I appreciate you're sharing. Ya fermented foods, FAGE Greek yogurt plain is good if you do dairy, lo carb. it's good with a shake of cinnamon and a bit of sweetener. Might be easy on your stomach too.
